In Lauv’s song Paris in the Rain, he sings about how he feels perfect when he’s with the woman he loves: Anywhere and everywhere with her feels like Paris in the rain. She seems to take him away to this Utopian universe — no matter where he really is. If we think about it, she just really makes him feel good, despite everything else.

On Feb. 23, 2020, the New Moon in Pisces (2/23/20) invites us to enjoy Paris in the rain i.e., feeling good, despite everything else.
